Mia is one of the most powerful Motivators of today. For two decades, she has served in the fitness world throughout three major cities, Boston, New York and Los Angeles.
AFAA and CPR certified, Mia's specialties include weight loss, body building, aerobic training, and flexibility training. She trains all ages and body types. Armed with expert body mechanics “know-how”, she combines her skills, artistic flair and "Wild Style” to teach her highly potent training technique called the The "MPOWER! Movement Method!”™ which she commands in both group and private workout settings.
