**Each of these hour long classes offer a mix of cardio and weight training designed to comfortably challenge any fitness level.

Class Descriptions:
 
Boot Camp:  High intensity, results-driven conditioning sessions performed in a circuit to maximize caloric expenditure. You will jump, crunch, run, push, pull, squat, and lunge your way into shape!  Be prepared to sweat!
 
Cardio Infusion:  An intense allover workout that combines intervals of cardio moves with high energy body sculpting exercises. 
 
Circuit Weight Training:   Moving through stations of weight training and body sculpting exercises, physical endurance and strength are tested.  This series helps create toned and lean muscle.
 
Gentle Stretch:  Unwind and de-stress with this gentle stretch class appropriate for all fitness levels.  Flexibility and strength will improve during this class which combines traditional fitness stretching techniques with moves from yoga, pilates and ballet.  Please bring a large towel or blanket to class.  Feel free to bring your own yoga mat as well.
 
Kickboxing:  A high energy, total body workout that increases your physical stamina, flexibility and blasts away calories as you tone and reshape your body.  In addition, this non contact class is a great stress reducer as you kick, punch and squat to upbeat music!
 
Yoga:  Taught by a certified yoga instructor, this yoga class incorporates the mind and body into a flow of beautiful postures.  Strength, balance, flexibility and meditation are improved upon during this series.
